Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bq333 website accessible at bq333.io and all sub-pages, services, features, games, and betting markets made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account you hold with bq333, including your account balance, transaction history, and associated personal information.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds deposited by you and held in your bq333 account, net of wagers placed and winnings credited.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account pursuant to a bq333 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which bq333 accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the bq333 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer or live casino studio whose content is made available through the bq333 platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the bq333 registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or casino bet, you confirm that:

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bq333 platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years or older. No exceptions are made under any circumstance. bq333 will conduct age verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Where bq333 is unable to verify a user's age to its satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending the submission of satisfactory identification documents.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold one bq333 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under the same name, different names, or shared household details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited without recourse.

3.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify bq333 promptly of any changes. bq333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided at any time.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The bq333 platform is operated for and marketed to players in the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bq333 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bq333 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bq333 will treat any person who successfully authenticates using your credentials as being authorised by you, and will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify bq333 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bq333 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all account holders from the account security settings page.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bq333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bq333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or via credit cards issued outside Bangladesh.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the bq333 account dashboard at the time of transaction. bq333 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. bq333 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

bq333 reserves the right to require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo identification document and evidence of ownership of the payment method being used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bq333 may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5.5 Withdrawal to Source of Deposit

Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. bq333 may, at its discretion, require that winnings associated with a particular deposit be withdrawn via the same method used for that deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available by bq333 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to a bq333 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bq333 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or mathematically hedge-based betting strategies solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or promotions to obtain value beyond their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, bq333 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any losses incurred as a result of the abuse.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus balances not used or wagering requirements not satisfied within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bq333 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, as published within the bq333 sportsbook. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the rules set out on the relevant sports rules pages. bq333 reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or restrict betting access where it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns or match integrity concerns.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on the bq333 platform are governed by the rules of the relevant game as set by the applicable Game Provider. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. bq333's RNG-powered games use certified random number generation systems operated by our Game Provider partners. bq333 is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within a Game Provider's software; in the event of a malfunction, any affected bets or game rounds may be voided.

7.3 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

bq333 reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at its discretion. In the event of a manifest pricing error, bq333 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and refund stakes at par.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bq333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and recovery of losses by bq333:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of or in addition to a human user.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer game environment.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that exploits non-public information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the bq333 platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or using a fraudulent or stolen payment instrument.
• Opening or operating more than one bq333 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity or verification documents to bq333.

• Accessing the Platform if you are a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction or if you are under the age of 21.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether or not such interruption was within bq333's reasonable control.
• Any technical failure, data transmission error, or connectivity issue experienced by you when accessing the Platform.
• Any loss arising from actions taken by third-party payment processors, Game Providers, or other external service providers.
• Gambling losses incurred by you as a result of your use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you accept full responsibility for the consequences of your betting and gaming decisions.

Nothing in this Agreement limits bq333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may request the closure of your bq333 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the standard withdrawal processing procedure. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by bq333

bq333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where: (a) it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement; (b) it is required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order; (c) it determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users; or (d) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age. Where an account is terminated for breach of this Agreement, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Privacy & Data Protection

bq333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the bq333 Privacy Policy.

bq333 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. bq333 does not sell personal data to third parties. Amendments to These Terms

Amendments that are non-material (for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date shown as the Effective Date at the top of this Agreement reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
